Dave Lima oversees strategic workforce consulting initiatives for manufacturing and health care clients in the delivery of business assessments, gap analysis, vendor selection, process re-engineering and solution optimization.
With a distinguished career that spans nearly 30 years, Dave has been acclaimed for his leadership in setting higher standards for satisfaction through outcome-based implementation methodologies. Under Dave’s oversight, his strategic consulting teams have been known for exceeding performance benchmarks and setting new standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Workforce Insight, Dave spent 10 years at a leading workforce management company, where he held a variety of leadership roles that culminated in his appointment as National Healthcare Consulting Solutions Manager. His leadership tenure was marked by highly successful implementation projects where Dave had direct oversight of project strategy, quality assurance, and outcome methodology.
Dave has led some of the most highly regarded implementation projects, yielding case success stories for health care, hospitality, gaming, financial, government, education and manufacturing. He has been recognized time and time again for his strategic roles in helping businesses transform their operational processes, while delivering solutions that meet strict schedule requirements.
Dave has been sought out to lead numerous committees and advisory panels as mentor, chair and panel expert. He is highly regarded among workforce management professionals for his roles in developing standards for project management, customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
Dave received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He holds certification as Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, as well Fundamentals of Engineering, Six Sigma Green Belt certification for Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma for Services.
