Fonda Gill has worldwide responsibility for Workforce Insight’s Resource Operations, including staff utilization, workforce development and organizational efficiency. HR and recruiting functions report into Fonda, and she leads the company’s growth as a best-in-class operation aligned to drive results with maximum efficiency.
Fonda’s role is paramount to ensuring client satisfaction through the optimal deployment of industry experts at client sites. Her leadership has been pivotal in formalizing the systematic assessment of talent and client attributes, yielding ideal cross-matching of industry expertise with business objectives.
Fonda shares responsibility with the company’s senior leadership in the successful execution and delivery of consulting and implementation projects to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency. She provides proactive leadership in developing HR practices that are measurable and directly tied to business objectives and strategic direction to improve both customer and employee satisfaction.
With a career that spans 15 years, marked by progressive leadership in human capital management and workforce management consulting, Fonda has been recognized for a host of breakthrough initiatives. Prior to joining Workforce Insight, Fonda held leadership roles with two of the foremost labor technology vendors - Kronos and Workbrain, where she recruited, developed and led project managers and technical consulting teams in the execution of workforce management solutions. In every role, Fonda has been acclaimed as a thought leader and innovator for her contributions to process reengineering and improved methodologies. She has pioneered first-time corporate initiatives, from concept through launch, for project management forums, mentorship programs, career development and staff recognition plans. Fonda has repeatedly been recognized as a top achiever by corporate and community programs, such as president’s club, project management surveys, customer satisfaction reports and the Cambridge “Who’s Who” Women in Business publication.
Fonda received her MBA, with concentration in Human Resources, and a Masters of Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at Devry University. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Management Information Systems. Fonda holds certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, as well as SCRUM master certification and SHRM’s HR Management Generalist certificate. In her free time, Fonda volunteers with Project Open Hand and provides business coaching and mentoring.
