Phil Moorehead

Phil Moorehead leads Workforce Insight’s Process Engineering Practice, where he oversees project management, change transformation and process re-engineering functions, staff and resources.

Since joining Workforce Insight, Phil has helped initiate the company’s Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM), culminating in streamlined deployment and rapid end user adoption of workforce technology. Phil works hand in hand with the company’s Strategic and Solution practice areas to shape and transform processes that result in optimal user acceptance and improved business performance.

Over his 30-year career, Phil has been recognized for his ability to navigate collaboration with senior executives, front-line employees and technology vendors to ensure that projects are deployed to return maximum value. He has earned a reputation for facilitating business process improvements that yield significant savings and breakthroughs in user adoption.

Mr. Moorehead previously served as Director of Technical Services for Denver Public Schools, where he provided leadership in the implementation of HR solutions. He has held strategic roles in the development and management of the technology lifecycle, utilization, support and optimization of technology.
